上記の設定でpostfixが起動できていますか postfixのバージョンによりサポートしていない機能がありますが自分で調査されていますか rpmパッケージでは組み込まれていない機能もあります postscreenは2.8以上のサポートだと思いますけど？ dovecot-saslはCentOSのpostfixでは組み込まれていないと思いますけど？私のサイトではpostfixのバージョンを表記していますが自分の使っているpostfixにあった説明がされているサイトを参考にしてください

smtpd_sasl_type = dovecot こちらは削除しました。それでも状況は変わりませんね。 postfixは2.8.8です。

posfconf -a でSASL　のサーバpluginタイプを表示します失礼しました CentOS6.2のpostfixは　cyrusもdovecotもサポートしているようです cyrusを使うのであれば　cyrus-saslの設定 dovecotを使うのであれば　dovecot-saslの設定をしてください dovecot-saslはdovecot側での設定も必要です postconf -m でbtreeが表示されることを確認 smtpd_tls_session_cache_database = btree:/var/lib/postfix/smtpd_scache にしてpostfixを再起動 maillogをみてクリアできたら、次のエラーの対策を行います

ローカルで送信された場合のmaillogは？外部へ送信された場合のmaillogは？信頼される外部のメールサーバから送信された場合のmaillogは？それらを見ながら、設定を見直して下さい postfixが起動しているようなので設定ファイルだけ見せられても、判断のしようがありませんので悪しからず

connect to 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]:10024: Connection refused amavisの設定がうまくできていないのでは？ content_filter = smtp-amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10024 を一時的に無効にして postfixをreloadして再度テストしてみるそれからローカル及びグローバルでdnsの正引きできますか postfixはIPアドレスの送信ではうまく機能しません

content_filter = smtp-amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10024 をコメントにして、dnsの正引きは確認しました。それでも送受信できませんね。
