括弧が足りない（多い）とか、全角文字（全角スペースが特に注意）が入ってしまってるとかないですか？
syntax error とも出て文法エラーです。よーく確認してみてください。

amavisd.confをよくよくみると'を落としていました
しかし
[root@tochi ~]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/amavisd startは失敗となりますが
[root@tochi ~]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/clamd.amavisd start
clamd.amavisd を起動中: [ OK ]
[root@tochi ~]#
となりますこれでよいのでしょうか

systemをinstallしなおしてすべてOK
となりましたウイルスを添付してみて、通知がくるので完成と思われます。
